1. How to order the plants? You can take orders from the website, choose the plants that you want, make sure you decide the size and quantity. Add to the chart, and you will get the invoice to pay.
2. What payment methods do you accept? We accept paypal.
3. Which currency will I be charged? We use USD for the currencies.
4. Can I add, change, or remove my order? You might change the order before phytosanitary release ….. Please confirm with us by email.
5. How long is the order process ? The process usually it will take 14 days
   • It start from submit export document, release phytosanitary certificate, packing, and drop to shipping agent.
   • Estimated delivery order will take 5-7 working days.

*Please note for US customers the order will be sent to USDA/ PPQ first. Please find regulated on https://www.aphis.usda.gov/aphis/ourfocus/planthealth/import-information/permits/plants-and-plant-products-permits/plants-plantproducts-shipping-labels For US customers, please inform the USDA that you have a shipment. After the plants arrive USDA will inspect the plants and send them to your address.

• How much shipping cost? Minimum charge USD 100. Shipping costs are charged according to the destination, number of plants, and phytosanitary.

• Do I need an import permit ? For US customer must attached Import Permit & Green Yellow Label.

• How long does it take to ship? It takes 10-14 days to ship.

• How can I check my package? You can track the order via website. .
• Do you ship in all weather conditions all year? Yes, we ship in all weather conditions. Our priority should be given to the safe arrival of the plants. We package the plants with good standards so that the plants arrive safely.
